Hi there! I’m Kara and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I am passionate about supporting individual adults to create space and a treatment plan, that helps them to achieve their goals while supporting them through the process. I work collaboratively with individuals, families, and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, grief, loss, and more.
I take a holistic approach to counselling with a focus on building healthy relationships. I draw from client centred approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and expressive therapy.
